Notice: Second and Final Registration / Parent Night Added!

We have added a second registration night on Tuesday, October 29th for those who were unable to attend the initial session. If you have not done so yet, please click and read each of the documents below before proceeding to the online registration form. Please ensure you bring all necessary documents with you to the registration night. Thank you!

Important Notice!

All Candidates must be baptized in the Roman Catholic Church in order to be Confirmed. If the candidate was either: baptized in another Christian denomination; not baptized yet; or did not received their FIRST HOLY COMMUNION, we ask that you please contact the parish as soon as possible to make arrangements: holy.family@rogers.com . Please continue and complete the online registration and attend the Registration Night to start the preparations towards being Confirmed.
